About the role

Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly. Make sure a customer who bought actually succeeds — onboarding, adoption, and catching trouble before it becomes churn.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years in customer success or account support
Patient and genuinely curious about how people use things
Comfortable with data on usage and adoption
