About the role

Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly. Support a group of teams on everything people-related — performance, development, conflict and change.

What we are looking for

MBA in HR or equivalent experience
2-4 years in a generalist or business-partner HR role
Comfortable coaching managers, not only supporting employees
Sound judgement in confidential situations
