About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them — firmware on the device, APIs in the middle, and web and mobile apps on top. You will work directly with the founding engineers, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
Run the day-to-day of our people operations — onboarding, records, engagement and policy.
What we are looking for
- MBA in HR, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience
- 0-3 years in a generalist HR role
- Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance basics
- Clear written and spoken communication
