About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them — firmware on the device, APIs in the middle, and web and mobile apps on top. You will work directly with the founding engineers, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
Own technical hiring end to end, from sourcing through to offer.
What we are looking for
- MBA in HR or a Bachelor's degree with recruitment experience
- 0-2 years recruiting, ideally for engineering roles
- Comfortable reading a technical job description and screening against it
- Organised follow-up — candidates should never be left waiting
