About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
Make support measurable — ticket analytics, deflection, knowledge-base gaps and the recurring problems worth engineering time.
What we are looking for
- B.Tech / B.E. / Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline
- 0-3 years in support operations, analytics or reporting
- Strong with spreadsheets; SQL a real advantage
- Able to turn a pile of tickets into an argument for a fix
