About the role

Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them — firmware on the device, APIs in the middle, and web and mobile apps on top. You will work directly with the founding engineers, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly. Be the person customers reach when a device or dashboard misbehaves.

What we are looking for

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in ECE, CSE, IT or related
0-2 years in technical support or a service desk role
Patient, clear communicator
Able to reproduce an issue and escalate it with useful detail
